Why is there no direct purchase option?

Hiela monoliths are not mass-produced commodities. Each artifact is a bespoke commission, meticulously carved from premium natural stone blocks tailored to your specific architectural requirements. To ensure the highest echelon of quality and exclusivity, we do not operate a standard e-commerce checkout. Every acquisition is treated as a private curation process.

How does the acquisition process work?

The journey of creating your monolith follows a strict, four-tier protocol to guarantee absolute precision:

I. The Inquiry: You submit your artifact selection through the Sovereign Vault on our platform.
II. The Dossier: Our curation team provides a confidential Proforma Invoice, outlining the specific marble selection, dimensions, and production timeline.
III. The Creation: Upon securing the deposit, carving commences. You will receive exclusive, silent atelier updates (visual documentation) as your block of stone transforms into an artifact.
IV. The Approval: Before the artifact is crated for international white-glove delivery, you are provided with high-resolution visual evidence for your Final Studio Approval.

What are the payment and security terms?

To reserve your premium stone block and initiate the carving process, a 50% production deposit is required. We hold our craftsmanship to uncompromising standards; therefore, the remaining 50% balance is only finalized after you have given your Final Studio Approval of the completed piece.

For international security and seamless cross-border transactions, all financial transfers are conducted via official SWIFT bank protocols. For select global commissions, we also support transactions through accredited international Escrow services, ensuring that your funds are independently protected until the artifact is ready for dispatch.

How is the authenticity of the artifact verified?

Every physical monolith leaving the Hiela Atelier is permanently embedded with decentralized NFC cryptographic technology. This microchip links directly to a secure digital ledger, proving the provenance, date of creation, and material origin of the piece. Additionally, each artifact is accompanied by a traditional, artist-signed physical Certificate of Authenticity.
